It treats people who enjoy sexuality as subhuman. The game treats those who love eroticism with disdain. To be honest, I kinda get what you where going for in making it, and it really kinda killed some joy for me. I don't mind an erotic meter that effects the end, but stripping away my play choices, making it so if I indulge to a certain point I can't choose where my boundaries lie. The problem with that game is it makes doing what I like bad, evil, it tries to make you feel like trash whenever you indulge.
